1920's Facegen Project
I'm starting a solo league set in the 20's and, since I haven't created any new uniforms since my deadball set, I'm making every teams home uniforms and logos for each year of the decade.
If these will be of use to anyone I'll make them available when I'm done. So far I've completed the woeful Boston Braves: |

The even more woeful Boston Red Sox.
2nd worst record in the 1920's. (Go Phillies!) I wonder how it might have been if The Babe was wearing these threads during this decade. Oh yeah, I don't have to wonder, I have OOTP! Pretty dull unis eh? I see where they were going with this though. Their red stockings must've really stood out in these getups. |

Are you going to provide team logos to go along with these?

Also known as the Brooklyn Robins during this time!

Yes, aka Robins although apparently nobody, including the team owners, called them that anymore.
And, also, my set will include logos for each team, each season. |

I got a new monitor (22" Widescreen!) so now I can see what I'm doing and get busy on this decade again.
Now batting; The Chicago Cubs. For a team that has been wearing practically the same uniform for almost 30 years, the Cubbies changed something almost every year in the 20's. |

Now the crosstown Chicago White Sox.
It was a tough decade for the Chisox, after getting the core of the team banished from base ball after the 1920 season, they struggled to rebuild for most of the `20's. Not much variation in the uniforms either. |

Sorry this is taking so long. Real life keeps interfering with the fun stuff!
Anyway, Halfway through the leagues! The Cincinnati Reds: The Cleveland Indians: The Detroit Tigers: OK, back to the drawing board (or Wacom tablet anyway) |

The New York Giants: (They should really go back to the pink logo I think.)
The New York Yankees: The Philadelphia Phillies: Five teams to go then I'll see if I can find a place to host the files. |

OK. I've finished the decade. Stay tuned for info on where you can download these.
Philadelphia Athletics: Pittsburgh Pirates: St. Louis Browns: (Hey new uniforms cost money ya know!) St. Louis Cardinals: Washington Nationals: (First in war, first in peace, last in FaceGen) (And yes, I know they were known as the Senators also. The official nickname from 1905 - 1959 was "Nationals") Hope someone can make use of these. Please hold on while I find a host. |

Sorry for the delay. So far none of the usual suspect hosts have replied to my emails. I threw the set up on Rapidshare so at least it's available. (yes, I know everybody hates Rapidshare)
Acetonic's 1920's Uniform & Logo set I hope it's useful to someone. |
