So i want to go expand a Junior Hockey playable league. My Question i came across is when i go to sign any staff member it does not matter if its average average for scout or not it says the salary demand is too high no matter how good or bad they are no one will sign

That's in a custom league setup, right:? Sounds like the salary demand may not be getting calculated correctly for fictional junior leagues, we'll have a look at that.

No this is standard game but expanded WHL by 1 team

Ah, I see, that may be something with the way the expansion team's numbers are being set, that might not be right for a junior team, we'll have to look in a slightly different direction.
