Tabs like a web browser?

Would it be possible to have something like multiple windows open? Like when I browse forums and just websites in general I'll usually go through a page and ctrl+click/mousewheel click to open up a second window so I can keep on the main page and have my other pages of interest to read later. This way, if I'm deciding between a few things I can just cycle through them clicking the tabs instead of cycling through the forward/backward/recently visited options which I would never use on an actual browser. I would also just be able to always keep certain interesting pages open like maybe my team home page and league home page open, my lineups pages open, etc.

An example... I just started a new league with an Inaugural draft. I did 20 rounds and then let my scout do the rest. I'm the GM/Manager of Memphis and didn't hand draft Trey Peithner... I'd like to open up a tab on him that I could click on the top of the screen, and keep scrolling through the top prospects screen to see if Memphis has anyone else. I'd imagine it could go at the very of the window above the forward/backward arrows and still look nice, like how Chrome has it.
