PLEASE make the game actually check the length of the season before generating a schedule

I'm someone that struggles to commit to a league, especially considering I can't play the way I want to with the way the game handles players over the roster age limit nowadays. I've got 12 save games right now, with probably 9 or 10 of them the result of me forgetting to fix some setting post-creation that makes it feel not worth it to play a game anymore.

The one that gets me the most by far is minor league schedules. It seems that if you go below the standard 162 games when creating a league (or turning off rainouts, the only other schedule setting I change when making a league), minor leagues default to having 2 game schedules. This makes no sense to me, but whatever. League 11 went by the wayside because I forgot about this for the fifth or sixth time, and after 30 seasons of simming to start off with I realized this and made a new league. I fixed the minor league season lengths after creating the league as I believe I've seen it change back to 2 games during league creation before, but forgot to rebuild the schedules.

After checking in on my fast sim and seeing so few games being simmed every day, I realized what had happened. But then it made me realize: if I have the minor leagues set to have 130 game seasons, why is it doing 2 game seasons every season? I understand for the first year, but why do I have to go in and regenerate the schedule just to get the game to realize I don't have it set to a 2 game season anymore? Between that and issues with the game resetting my amateur draft settings (I believe it only happens if I have feeders set up, or if I change the date of the draft, both things I've stopped bothering doing/using to minimize league creation issues) I feel like there's a million things I have to remember every time I make a new save when I really just wanna get on with it and get my fast sim done.
