1905 Base Ball Logos
I have started a 1905 historical league and wanted some realistic logos. I borrowed some that were kindly made by folks on here and created new versions of the majority. They are pretty plain by modern standards but true to the era. In most cases, they appear on the uniforms of players in 1905. (The Cubs really didn't have a logo until 1906 so I used that and the Pilgrims just had the word "Boston" in block letters.) I kept white as the backgrounds as I don't think any team used 2 colors at this date.
You can help yourself to all 16 of them HERE You may have to rename them to match the naming convention in your league. I can give the hex codes for team colors if anyone wants them. (I may be the only one obsessive enough to care how close the color is) Hope somebody can use these, I plan to make more early logos soon. If anyone has a specific team/year request feel free to ask. |

hey Ace, are you planning to release any other historical logos? I'd also love to see someone come up with a logo for the MLB for this time period. Not sure that it would look like.
