Question Tired Players

Is there a formula to better understand how tiredness affects player performances?

Yes, but it's secret

Tired player = plays worse. It's not 1:1, meaning that a player at 50% fatigue isn't necessarily going to be 50% as effective as a player at 100%, but they'll certainly play worse.
