Yes, I miss not being in the same league as you or Orcin. I wish we could always be together but.....Such is life. Get your butt up here my friend. (Actually in this Division I could be coming back if things fall apart.)

Yes but they were both a 7 game series where I had home field advantage.

Yes, definitely enjoyed playing with you, and also Orcin. We moved up through beta together.

Wouldn't that be ironic, I get promoted and you get demoted? I think your team is too good to be demoted though. I've got more confidence in your chances to stay up than me get promoted.

So far so good for me. I have a five game lead at the moment. Fingers crossed. Lol. Plus I have a advantage. I only need to beat 4 teams to stay here and you have to beat 28 to move up.

Orcin, What league are you in? How are you doing? Us three have to get back together. It was a lot of fun (for me) when we were in the same league together.

That's awesome, hopefully you can keep it up. And technically I only have to beat 15.

Happy I was able to upgrade my DH platoon by finding your MVP at a decent price today. Still working on a couple more. Keep churning.

Of course there are 11 teams within 3 games of each other in my conference, so maybe not an easy task. And I've lost 4 games in a row since my offensive "upgrade".

Jeez, Nothing is worse then that. Getting a new player and having him wet the bed.

Btw, I did something I never thought I would do. Use my head and not my heart I sold Mays and got Ty Cobb. That is what helped me in this tough Division. He is batting .435 for me in the last 10 games and we have won 8 of them. Between him and Ruth (Who is having a good year) I have been ok this season. Now that I said this I will probably lose 9 out of the next 10. That is usually what happens when I open my big mouth.😉

Wow, that's a tough one, I have trouble listening to my head instead of my heart too. Cobb is a good pickup though, so hopefully it works out well for you, and I'm glad Ruth is playing better. I knew he'd snap out of it.

Would one of you guys check to see if there is a Cap Anson (88) in your league? If so, please post the contact vs. R and contact vs. L for me. Thanks. I am considering the one that just went up in the AH because Eddie Murray is just not cutting it for me this year (or last year).

Thanks much! Good splits so he should be able to hit RH pitching.

Looks like he can either pretty handily.
