Inter-league play
I'm old skool. I come from a time when George Brett was the man and Goose gossage was to be feared. In a few ways the love for the game has been lost.
I have a hard time adapting to change, for instance inter-league play I despise, for me when it comes time for the world series part of the thrill is to play against a team that you have never faced so you are unsure of those tdams strengths and weakness and with all this said is there anyway in the future where turning the hated inter-league play can be turned of for the franchise mode in the future? |

As a relatively new fan to baseball (6/7 years?), I think Interleague Play is great, because why wouldn't all the teams be able to play each other? Heh. I even turn it on in Historical games (runs away before things are thrown).....

you can disable interleague settings it is in the options setting under game settings. i am not a fan of interleague play either and have tried turning it off but you cannot get a 162 game schedule without interleague play.

Well, you can't get a very good 162-game schedule with the current MLB set-up and without interleague play. I mean, it's possible, but I wouldn't try it, and you definitely wouldn't want to let the in-game schedule-maker try to create a schedule for that format. But then you can always go back to a 16/14 league set-up rather splitting the teams 15/15. That would be relatively easy in comparison.
