Tournament player availability question

So I said it that I know to weeks in a Vance which players will be selected for my world baseball classic however what if in one specific tournament a specific team doesn't have enough players to fill the roster will you be notified? And can you just manually create a few extra players after knowing that in manually add them into the teaM?

If a team doesn't have enough guys to fill up, then the game will automatically generate ghost players for the length of the tournament. Or you can obviously generate guys yourself if you want to have a little more control over them, or have them stick around afterwards.

The ghost players won't show up in tournament stats, unfortunately, but they'll at least let the team play games.

I cant make a tournament, how do you do it? It says you have to have a league first okay I made a league and it is still greyed out. What do I need to do ?

I had the same issue. I closed the game, restarted and the options were available.
