"Add historical team" in change league settings crashes the app every time

Steps for recreate:

1) Create a new historical game (or just access an existing one)
2) Game Settings -> League Settings -> Edit League Structure
3) This happens with any year I've tried so far, but it's worth noting I always do an MLB season, so the choices for the structure always start as AL/NL.
4) For the NL (always the choice on the lower part of the screen) click "Add Historical Team."
5) App crashes.

This happens on Windows 10 and 7. I've tried creating the game with all of the default settings as presented during initial creation, have applied a template, have just manually applied the desired advanced options, but it always results in the app crash.

Adding a team in the AL works.

I know I'm breaking the rule of not providing league files but I don't really see how it's necessary. This is a very easy bug to reproduce. If you find it's not then I'll be glad to provide files.
