OOTP 11 and 2K's MLB 2K10
I am currently playing through spring training in MLB 2K10 for the PC. I cannot wait until OOTP 11 is released so I can play both side by side
I like manually playing the games with MLB 2K10, but miss the indepth management of my ball club. I am interested to compare stats from both. Anyone else planning on doing this? |

I play my MLB seasons with The Show (The PS3 is worth the investment) and I create my fictional leagues with OOTP. I tried doing two MLB seasons side by side and I just got confused.

I am going to do my best to keep from getting confused. I am happy with the MLB 2k10 PC version. It is easy to ALT/Tab and even run MLB 2k10 in window mode. It will be awesome to have both programs running at the same time to keep up with both.
I also saw the thread about putting the MLB 2K10 stadiums into OOTP 11 which is really awesome!!! |

Apparently (according to people on OS, which may not be the most reliable) the simulated stats in 2k10 are terrible.

I was actually looking at this game also, but checkout the forums on it. The game is brutally buggy. Better wait til they patch it up.
MLB 2K10 - 2K Sports Forums I know i will be staying away for a while. |

As of right now I am playing through spring training. I am holding off on the regular season until it is patched and rosters are updated. I do not plan on simming through any games so stat wise things will be a little/a lot off depending on my PC gaming skills .
Now with OOTP11 I can't wait to get started on the season to see how my manager skills turn out. Again, I am new to the OOTP series and my only previous experience is with the OOTP 10 demo. Regardless it should be an interesting season. You cannot beat the entertainment value for both of these games: MLB 2k10 PC which is satisfying my baseball gaming appitite = $29 OOTP 11 (Pre Order) which will be satisfying my baseball simming appitite = $24 Total = $53!!!!! That is crazy! |

I cannot seem to throw a changeup in MLB 2K10. Either I stink or I stink.
