Worst draft pool ever?
I think I just saw the worst draft pool I've come across in my brief time playing this game. One prospect with 80 potential, 2 in the 70s, and then it dove off a cliff, after that it was a few mid 60s, and then nothing above 58. Absolutely brutal

Eh. Sometimes real life is like that. Besides, if you go back through history I'm sure some of the best-looking draft classes at the time turned out to be poor while some of the worst-looking turned out to be surprisingly good.

Yeah, take a look at picks 6-30 in the 2001 real life draft to see how bad things can get in real baseball.

Worst draft pool ever?

Also keep in mind that those players will be rated low if the talent pool in your database is really good. This can get very tricky if you have multiple leagues besides the MLB (or your main league if you are fictional) and do not change the PCM's to reasonable numbers. Your database will get over saturated with talent. Last edited by SirMichaelJordan; 10-07-2013 at 07:11 AM. |

Are those ratings from your scout? Did you check the OSA ratings to see if they are very different? Or set scouting to 100% accurate to see what that looks like?
