My coach is lost? :'(

I've been playing for two seasons now, as the GM for Tampa Bay Lightning. It was all good fun, with a ECF-loss my first year, and hoisting the cup the second year. But then it got strange....

Coach Cooper and his assistant, Thomas, was all of a sudden gone from my personell. I tried renewing his contract mid season but this was not possible. I thought I just had to wait until off-season to do it, so i just waited it out.

Come off-season he is, as mentioned, gone. Ok? Well, I'll just get into commish-mode, and put him back as my coach then, i thought.
Well, no. Because I'm not able to find him anywhere. There is no option to search for personell by name? I only have to look at FA's?

So, devs.. How do I sort this mess out?

As soon as the season is over and the NHL awards are handed out, you will receive a message from your staff on renewing their contract. You must of missed it. Are they unsigned currently ? Search for them in the staff free agency screen, maybe you can still sign them through there if they weren't already signed by another team.

Ahh. Found the message now, and was able to locate him at least. Should be a option to search for staff too though.

Only problem is, I'm now only able to sign him as an assistant coach, and not head coach?
