Definitly put me down for the Grays. I will definitly be joining this.
One small nitpick. Construction of the Pentagon did not begin until 1941. I am not sure if you are wanting to have actual landmarks of 1930 or not. But if you are that needs to be changed.

update

Replaced the Atlanta Black Crackers with the Birmingham Black Barons. In real life, Atlanta did nt have a negro league franchise until the early-to-mid 1930s, while Birmingham had a strong presence in the negro leagues for years prior to 1930.

By the way, Birmingham is the team where Willie Mays got his first start.

I also have been updating the team pages. Take a look if you like:

http://negro-league.net

Hopefully, I will have all of the team pages finished by 12/12 or 12/13.

One more small thing about Washington. For stadium information it has it listed as downtown Detroit.

Thanks for the compliment.

I have begun creating the players for the league file. I am creating the players in OOTP5 and will then convert the league to OOTP6 once the file is finished. (I find it easier to create players in v5 than v6).

Does anyone foresee any problems as a result?

I'm merely speaking from threads I've seen saying that some ratings, etc were skewed/altered when a league upgraded from v5 to 6.

I did a quick search to see if I could find any threads detailing problems converting from v5 to v6, but did not find anything I considered to be a major problem.

Once I convert the league file to v6, I will tweak the ratings further.

Yeah, I'd be worried about the conversion. Conversions have a hard time getting pitching ratings right and talent ratings never seemed to convert that well (They just seemed a little low). If I were to attempt it, I'd stick with OOTP6 if that's what the league will be in. There are some charts to assist you with the process. Can't remember where I got them, but a search might yield them.

From the time you create players in five and then fix them once you convert to six you will have spent about the same amount of time.
I would just do the whole thing in six.

I found the coversion chart ratings for hitters, but was unable to find the charts for pitchers.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I don't think their is a conversion chart for pitchers (naturally it's the more important of the two) but I could be mistaken.
