Eagle Eye,
If you want to make a anti-Christian league or a "I like to bit e heads off of live bats" League or whatever the heck you want too.....power to you. And if you want to exclude people without black hair or exclude females or even exclude all people under 7 feet tall, GO FOR IT! Power to you. But the one thing I say.......LET HIM HAVE HIS CHRISTIAN LEAGUE. Just like I wouldn't critisize you for having your "All members must wear purple underwear or not Join" league, I'm not going to critisize him for his Christian league. Nuff said

Have you actually read any of my posts Jermanfu? I seriously doubt it from your post. I never said anything bad about anyone of any race, creed, religion or ethnicity. I also stated multiple times I didnt have a problem with the league in general. I'm sure my mother, aunt, cousins, grandparents, best friend, and the girl I currenly have romantic feelings for (all christian) will be interested to hear I'm anti christian (ficticious, just proving a point).

You know, I want to make another point on this subject since my feathers are ruffled. I'd like to speak for all of us "horrible Facist Christians" who are trying to "brain wash" the world. This is how I see it. Yes, I believe in God, and he is the reason I live my life. But you know what? If someone else doesn't feel the same way, no big deal. Just because I think my way of living is right, doesn't mean anyone else has to feel the same way. The way I see it, we'll find out when we die won't we If I'm right GOOD. If I'm wrong, no big deal because according the the agnostics, there won't be anything after we die, so I won't know I was wrong. Either way, I don't see how I can lose By the same token, all the athiests or Hindus or Muslems or whatever else forms of religion out there are more then welcome to believe how they want. I'm not interested in converting anyone to my way of thinking. If my actions alone aren't enough to show people what is good about Christianity, then I have no right to try to persaude people with words.

P.S. Eagle Eye, this post wasn't meant nesc. for you, just for the several people I saw reply who are making us Christians look like bad guys.

Hey everyone, did you see that the Christian league was simply looking for owners?

Kevin,

The thing that bothers me most is when people start a sentence with "hey".

Other than that, you are correct. I thought we were moving on to other things. Please, no more thoughts on this subject. My head is spinning.

Peace.

Mking, I apologize for the "hey" comment. You are right, it's bad grammar.

It proves my point. Every little thing has to do with this christ guy. It's all about him. That isn't true. My wife told me specifically, "It's all about you". So it is all about me because my wife wouldn't lie.

So, we have people looking to run a league where the players don't cheat and take advantage of the lamebrained. And to have that kind of league, you need a "christian league". That is just a little too pompous.

Everyone can close their eyes and say "live and let live". The people who truly believe that, like myself, do not advertise religious or other forms of bigotry. We do not proselytize. We do not assume our beliefs are better than others. The world is a big place filled with many different kinds of people. Just because they don't believe the same as you, they shouldn't have to listen to your cockeyed beliefs. If you are asked your beliefs, please respond. Otherwise, who cares?

If you can't deal with diversity perhaps you would appreciate Saudi Arabia where people are not allowed to differ in public. In a public forum you should, if you are mature, be capable of listening to ideas that you differ with or find disagreeable without throwing a tantrum or hissyfit...

David, I later explained what I meant by taking offense. It bothers me when a a child can come on here and read hes going to hell if hes not Christian. I'm not sure if young people frequent the board or not, but I know I would of loved to of played game like this when I was 8 and that my little sister was able to surf a meesage board like this at the age of 5. I honestly could care less if someone tells me personally that I'm going to hell,

If their parents don't want them to encounter such ideas they shouldn't permit them in public forums. There was no obscenity or pornography involved, just a philosophical statement of one perspective on reality. As Carol Burnett would say, "tough rockoes..."

On a side note, The hissyfit was a 19th century dance created by some nomadic people living just outside of Rhode Island.

They aren't opposed to the idea of a supreme being. They are however non-believers in any organized religion since they see religion as something invented by man.

Aethiests however do not believe in any God at all, and thus really aren't a religion.

I understand your anger at being labeled. It wasn't my intention. It was only to point out where the animosity comes from.
