To have access to changed the structure of the league must I obligatorily disable league evolution.

In historical mode, yes, that's the only way to enable the structure editor.

I asked another question similar the other day.

Can we change or disable league evolution after each season and Adam said no but he wasn't 100 percent certain.

I think league evolution is only for the Historical version(but I could be wrong).

Also in the manual doesn't mention the limits of expansion(or adding teams) per season and what's the max number of teams for a playable league.

Once you start controlling it, you can't give it up. You're fully in control.

Historical is different and it notes it in the Structure Editor. I'm not sure what the offhand limit is, but as you add more, it will generate fictional players...but there is quite a few teams you can add.
