Facegen backgrounds?

How do I get OOTP16 to use my custom backgrounds for player pics? I've used ballpark images in previous versions of the game but now seem to be stuck with logos (example attached).

I put the custom backgrounds in:
Out of the Park Developments\OOTP Baseball 16\facegen\background

I'm unsure what's causing your issue but one possibility is you may have to replace one of the ballpark or wall images with yours. Make sure your images are 90x135 pixels and are in the .png format.

If you do replace one of the default ballpark or wall images that comes with the game please make a back up of the image.

Thanks for the response.

I loaded images in the OOTP Baseball 16\facegen\background folder but they're simply not being used. And they are 90x135.

It's not a huge deal for me as I don't worry all that much about graphics but it just struck me as odd.

On your game settings player/facegen page on the top right under FaceGen Settings make sure the FaceGen background mode dropdown option is set to "All pictures have backgrounds"

Yes, that option is checked in my game!

Is there a specific naming convention I need to adhere to for backgrounds??

Nope...I don't use them so I just checked and they aren't used on the player profile pics, but are used everywhere else. At least that's how it is in my game.
