Minor leagues
When does minor league baseball start getting added into leagues created? I am doing an historic league - started in 1969, and I each team only has the 25 man roster and reserve roster.
I took the Baltimore Orioles, GM only, wanted to let Earl Weaver guide the team. I made two keys trades - traded Don Buford for Jim Wynn and Clay Dalrymple for Tug McGraw. The team definitely didn't use Paul Blair as much as they did in real life. We won the pennant, and the World Series - it is almost comical - the team chemistry is not very good - perhaps they don't like Weaver's aggressive managerial style. Great start ---- on to 1970. My top pick in the draft at #24 was Paul Splitorff. |

In historical leagues, no minors are created as players do not enter the universe until the entered MLB in real life. Only players who played in the big leagues are included, so there is really no point to having a minor league system.
