Are These Two Baseball Play in OOTP?

Are these plays in OOTP? I have never seen them:

Without a shift in place,
can a right fielder throw out a batter at first base?
Although I haven't seen it IRL in perhaps twenty years,
I have seen it two times at the MLB level.

Can a fast runner on second base tag up and score when a ball is hit to deep center field?
I've seen that a few times IRL also, but not in OOTP.

Quite different, but i saw a 7-3 double play in last season's Championship series in my dynasty league. LF took catch, threw out runner returning to 1st. I'd never seen that one before.

Last year wasn't there a streak of 9 or something straight days with a 9-3 groundout?
Also Luke Scott - with the Astros - threw out a pitcher on a grounder to right once.

Is it possible for a runner to score from 2nd on a ground out?
