Curious play-by-play error
See below. Bottom 9th, two out, bases loaded and my team's down by a run. David Vinson singles over the second baseman, the Titans get the ball back in, and try to make the final out at third base on Tetsu Osanai, a very slow runner. They do get him, but not until both Ben O'Morrissey and Glenn Johnston score, making it a walkoff win.
So far so good, apart from the PBP getting it wrong, stating the Titans win 7-8. Now, this is OOTP 12. I have never seen this before in either this or 14. Anybody ever seen this and is it killed in 14? At least we got that W.

It's an artifact. This sequence of play would result in the end of an inning normally. It seems likely that this was corrected in later versions by having the tag for "game over" come up in the game winning situation. Just my guess though.
