Commissioner status

Possibly a stupid question but a scan and search of the forum didn't turn up any obvious results.

How do I make another owner in my online league commissioner and remove commish status from my own ID?

I'm assuming you're talking about in game. You go to manager options, you make sure he is in commisioner mode by checking the box and then you uncheck your box.
