If you have another browser, try using it. If not, maybe you need to clear your browser cache.

Definitely working here. Try opening it in a private/incognito window in your browser - if it's some kind of caching issue, that should trick the browser into loading it.

Well I tried that but still not working ? Odd as I did manage to download the pre released game

Another possibility is that your firewall or Antivirus is blocking the site that is hosting the files.

Just tried downloading after disabled antivirus, still no change. Sorry to spam about that guys but I really would like to update the game. Is it possible to change to a steam key? I bought OOTP20 on steam, I have no pbm.
Edit : I tried the beta download to test, and it work so it tells me that it is this link that is the pbm
