All of a sudden VERY LONG save times - when saving game -
I have played TBCB for 15 years + - all of a sudden my game is extremely slow when saving on exit. It is when saving fighters data it lags for minutes on end. Has always been just instant prior - I have a great gaming computer so it is not my computer -
Perhaps with latest windows update? Any ideas? |

That's a good question, lately with mine it's not always responsive when I'm trying to look at the fighter stats.
I have not been exiting TB on my laptop because it's like the game doesn't want me back in - this is from a computer that's 2 years old. |

I've been lurking and trying to decide whether to get back in. I have a new computer with Windows 10, so I need to buy a copy of 2.5. TB2013 isn't nearly as good. Is it even possible to buy 2.5? It's not on the main OOTP shop screen. If I buy it, will it run on Windows 10 if I put in compatibility mode for an older version?

To Meade it depends on the size of your universe if it is a big one then yes it will take longer to save. Windows 10 is not the problem here and swampdragon 2.5 should be able to run it

That worked. Thank you. TB 2013 never quite made it, at least as far as I'm concerned.
