1st Time Commish - I need some help

I've gotten our website set up and don't have problems with that. The issue I'm having, is when another manager downloads the league file the only name available is mine to choose, but their team is correct. It's starting to drive me nuts because when I download the league file I see everyones name/team. Here is the link to the league file if that helps:

i can't do any trouble shooting at work, but my guess is that they are not importing the accountsdata_gms.dat file correctly.

Email your owners the accountsdata_gms.dat and have them put it in their settings folder.
