Audio announcer skips lines every 2-3 pitches

I've read a lot of the threads the past few weeks but haven't come across anyone else having this problem.

I always have the audio on for the announcer. Great part of the game IMO.

But at times almost every 2 or 3 calls the announcer doesn't announce in audio a line or two.

I'm wondering if I'm the only one having that. Maybe it's my PC or the install or something. None of the patches including the latest have improved the problem.

Is it something I need to change on setup...or script speed or...??? I still really enjoy the game but I have to keep my eyes on the script or I'll miss something.

Bug report filed more than a month ago. No action, no feedback, no nothing.

I was just wondering if anyone else was experiencing this. I don't recall reading anything about it from regular players.

Jack, they know what the problem is; now, they need to find a solution for it. So, here’s hoping it won’t be long.

I should have left this thread off. I just had not seen anyone else seeing this.

It sure doesn't distract from the beauty of the game and detail of the script...it just means these old eyes have to stay alert on the script. : )
