CSV Export - Need Player Name rather than ID #

I'm starting to experiment with the exporting of data. . .I've noticed that it is always the player ID # that is exported, which is really impossible to do anything with. Is there a way to export Player Name rather than ID?

Thanks.

Player names are in separate file, you'd have to link them.
Player_bio:
Player Id;Team Id;Franchise Id;Name;Height;Weight;Age;Date Of Birth;Jersey Number;Contract Length;Salary;Ability;Potential
0;774;774;Luke Adam;74;205;26;1990-6-18;0;1;180000;2.0;2.0
1;911;742;Andrei Vinogradov;74;185;21;1995-7-5;4;2;0;0.5;2.0
2;736;736;Maxim Afinogenov;71;189;37;1979-9-4;61;2;1400000;2.0;2.0

Thanks. . .but would be much easier to have names in all exports, even if it is in addition to the ID. I could build an Access database for all of the various exports and link them, but what would be the point of that?

Yep It wouldn't hurt to have the name there, but then again you can do same for teams etc and as for names there can be duplicities id is unique (and I guess they did take inspiration from OOTP witch has a lot more complex output separated same way)

What does the CSV export allow you to do.

That would depend on your imagination and resources you know how to use (php+sql, etc...), not sure if there is easy answer to that.

May be the same question, but what's the purpose of the CSV export.

It allows data to be taken from the game and rearranged in whatever way the user wants. Useful if someone wants to build a tool to analyze the data, publish it on a website without having to post screenshots, etc. If you have a look at the OOTP forums, you'll see a few different tools that have been developed for doing different things with the CSV output.
