Question Newbie Schedule Help

I hope someone can help. I've been using the 2006 default schedule and the all-star game was showing on 07/01. So I went into the schedule editor and was able to delete it from 07/01, but now I can't add it. Another thought and question, by deleting the all-star game from the schedule, did I affectively delete the all-star selections also? Is that possible the reason why I can't add the all-star game back in on the correct date? Can anyone help me do it or tell me how to do it if it's even possible?

Thanks everyone,
CalMetsfan
