Help with Gold LOOGY

I'm looking to make a gold level closer a LOOGY on my team. Does anyone know if any of these make a good specialist vs. Lefties? Or could you recommend one that does? Thanks.

84 Plesac
85 Lyle
89 Myers
89 Wagner

Sparky Lyle 85 is the best on your list.. the others have too low of MOV I would say.

Good LOOGYs that are cheap would be Steve Howe 77 and Tom Burgmeier 80. If you're looking for a little more heat you can get Hong-Chih Kuo 88, as he has more strikeout power than the other two. More expensive to buy or create though.

Go for gold Borbom, Eck, Fingers, Sutter.

Look at 89 overall LHP AJ Puk Future Legend. He's listed as a starter but has great ratings vs lefties and a lot of swing and miss pitches. Add some versatility in a secondary role if you need more stamina from the pen. Pretty good hitting ratings too but could only play 1B or DH since he throws left and his abilities are in the infield.

I looked at my league one guy had Puk as a Loogy with ERA better than another team with Lyle as their Loogy, so there's that evidence to weight. Not sure is 7 day price in AH since people are probably hoarding future legends for the Perfect Griffey reward.

Exactly the kind of advice I'm looking for. It's hard to find guys who have pitching splits, and while there isn't a Puk on the market right now, I'll be watching out for him.

Don't know what Puk goes for, but he's not as good as Howe, Burgey, or Kuo vs LHB (Kuo even has every one of his split ratings vs lefties rated better).

If you value the extra stamina, better to pick up Brett Anderson or Paul Splitorff instead. Though their prices have been boosted a little by recent collections.
