Mando Ramos! JUDGE JURY EXECUTIONER Perkins was leading on 2 of the Judges' Cards just before the TKO! INSIDE THE ROPES A very close fight throughout! A solid UPPERCUT opened a chronic cut that plagued Perkins throughout the Fight! The Ring Doc was summoned, and he called the fight based on the severity of the cut!
