Jersey Creator - Page 29

OK......where do I save my creations? Where can I retrieve them? How can I move them to OOTP game?

Having said the basics, there is no manual. Being in my 60's this is new to me.

I made a jersey saved it.....when I tried to retrieve it, it said Root element is missing. I need a hand hold to get started I guess. :-)

Jersey Creator will save in its Documents/justafan/jersey creator /saved jersey folder.

you will need to crop it to 512 x 512. save as a png in your
Documents/out of the park developments/ootp 17/saved games/(your league name/imports_export folder.

name the file what ever you want so you remember it. then go into your game and go to the team edit page edit uniform/colors and import it .

You can change the default save locations, look under the options tab in the upper left... Why would you need to crop the saved version? The program saves the file in png format at the correct 512 x 512 size...

I must be missing something.......I create a jersey, save it, and when I go to retrieve it......its says No Root Element. So the creation I worked on for over an hour, is not there.

Is there an instruction manual? I'm sure its easy but I'm missing something.

mine saves with a huge black area on the right and bottom.

Not mine... Never heard of anything like you described happening to the saved files... Strange... Maybe try uninstalling the software and reinstalling from a fresh download... Maybe something got corrupted...

What do you mean by go to retrieve it? Load it into the game?

Is it saving as a png format in 512x512 size?

Why don't you post the jersey file your having trouble with so we can take a look at it...

No manual that I am aware of...

I have reinstalled twice . buit it shows like this and saves like this.

Try setting the display to 100%.

go to...

Control Panel / Hardware and Sound / Display

Set to: "Smaller - 100% (default)"

Is this when you try to open a template?

That message has to do with xml, which is the format I use for saving the templates. Is it just one template doing this?

I have my Computer display at 100%

Options Tab in upper left hand corner.
Files Options: Save Locaton, Template Location, Profile Pic Location.

Going back to opening page. Open Template.Grabbing file I created.

ERROR

Root Element is missing.

Now What?

Trying to understand...are you trying to open a template, or the pic of the jersey you created? When you install the program, the only reason to mess with the file options is if you want to change where you want them saved.

It's possible that the template may not have saved correctly.

Can you open other templates? Try opening the ones I've included with the program.

The only time I've seen that problem is when the display is at more than 100%.
