with my expansion team i have the top pick in each of the 40 rounds... there is some players i really like that has some really good potenial however it says extremely hard for signability for my expansion team... would there still be a chance for me to sign him or should i just skip him because i dont want to lose a top prospect if he wont sign with my club

also almost if not all of my AAA to A players are on minor league deals are all minor league deals 1 yr deals?

if you have the budget, i have never had anyone not sign under current CBA settings. you will need to offer them their demands, regardless to slot.

Yes, 1 year auto renewing deals.

question when it comes to the draft... it doesnt say a $ amount but it says slot... does that mean they want a slot in the pitching rotation?

From the manual
OptionDescription Draft Player Drafts the player Draft and Offer Slot Drafts the player and offers them a slot bonus (see Negotiate with Drafted Players for more about slot bonuses). This option is only available in inaugural drafts if you have Advanced Draftee Signings enabled. Out of the Park Baseball Manual

i like that comp pick because the following year you could end up with like 6 picks in the top 90 picks 30 teams or how many ever

It's not indefinite, though. Eventually minor leaguers can also opt for free agency.
