SIM TIMES
Monday to Friday @ 12:30AM EASTERN TIME
Saturday & Sunday @ 10:30PM EASTERN TIME

:: SIM SCHEDULE ::
Regular Season: 1-Day a night; seasons are 60-games (3 months)
Off-Season: 2-Weeks; Free Agency is done on the forum. (major players only)
Spring Training: 2-days per night; Spring Training Length is 2 Weeks.

Overall: A full ootp year should last about 4 months, and we should be able to have 3-years in-game done per real-life year.

:: LEAGUE EVENTS ::
Arbitration: As soon as we hit the off-season, you have 48 hours to submit your numbers to the players/judge. We sim a lot of days all the way to arbitration.
Rule-4 Draft: 7 days. With OOTPOU tools. 1 round per day. *This could change to what is best for our league.
Rule-5 Draft will happen in-game, on a one sim event.
Off-Season/Free Agency: We will be using the forum for big name players and once things are cooling down, we will return to the OOTP engine and complete the off-season.

Of course, this is a guideline. We may change/adapt sim situations for our needs.

BACKSTORY OF THIS LEAGUE
Being a fan of The Warriors movie (1979), I decided to create a fictional league by using their gang logos and added minor league levels (AAA, AA & A) by doing research over the internet on different areas/districts to create "baseball gangs" based on the history of their area. Of course, it is not accurate and the intention for it is to be fun and laid-back.

WHAT RULES & EXPECTATIONS FROM THIS LEAGUE?
We use most of the Major League rules that we know, except you may trade away your prospects, your draft picks (upcoming draft only) and you have no compensation for lost Free Agents. All the stadiums have the same max capacity of 12,000 fans, and we have a revenue sharing (20% of income) in place. Visiting team's gate share is set at 30% (normally 20), so you can expect a balance in cash/budget for everyone, not stopping you from trading players and taking on the fly decisions. Since the season is cut in half, the service time is cut in half and so are the salaries. We started in 1967 and Super Star players should be making around 100k per season.

We don't play with:
- Coaching Staff
- Owner's Objectives
- Owner's Control budget
- DH Rule
- Fire

We play with:
- Same Calendar format for ML, AAA & AA (60 games/season; no All-Star games). A level has a shorter calendar.
- Scouting
- International Established Free Agents (they pop on Day 1 of free agency)
- International Discoveries
- International Amateur Free Agents.
- Fire

So, why join?
It used to be the MMB, which ran for 3 full-years. We gave up on the old format, and we decided to jump into the fictional world and just have fun playing OOTP against one another.

Everything is in order for recruiting.
First, you simply join and I'll add your name to the list. We have 20 spots total.

We are still looking to fill up our league (20 teams), however, if we cannot get anymore people, we will simply reduce our number of teams and roll with it.

Inaugural Draft (serpentine) and once we know the drafting order, we will choose our organization!
