Ultra realistic league?

Anyone know a league that focuses on realism first?

I lose the immersion factor when there's ten plus trades every week. I'm looking for a league that has players that try to play like real GMs would. Building a roster in the off season and picking up a key addition or so mid season but keeping an emphasis on being realistic.

Anyone know of any leagues like this?

Our league is run pretty realistically. It's actually our mission statement. We sim 3 times a week except in the off season, and in my 5 seasons trading has followed the usual pattern: trades in the off season, a few upgrades around June, activity at the deadline, then the slog to the playoffs.
