This part was corrected and is now okay...except Pirates are called "Pirares1",when there isn't a Purates2

Hello Markus,

I downloaded the patch for the missing AZL royals team twice. I copied it to the world_templates file. I unzipped it. No luck. AZL Royals still shows no players. Do I need to give the patch a special name. I had the OOTP 16 open wne I installed the patch do I need to do it closed?

Any help would be appreciated.

So the complement of teams is correct. At least, there are the same amount of teams in game as there were in 2014. I believe the six clubs with two DSL affiliates are the Yankees, Orioles, Rangers, Astros, Mets, and Reds.

It's just the divisions are wrong in the game. The league alignment last year is here. Maybe this can go in a patch? I've just been changing the divisions around myself.

In the DSL teams come in and out of the league year to year, and the division assignments change. We probably won't know what happens in 2015 until the league starts in June. But as long as there are the correct amount of teams for each MLB parent club it's all good!

There will be no players because the team didn't exist last year. So they are a blank roster. But you or the AI can assign players to the team.

I have the same thing. Besides no players, I don't even have the team listed in the AZL. It still has 13 teams in it. Do I have to create the team first before the players are added? Probably. right?

OK. I've got it. I found out what I was doing wrong. I see that there are no players on the roster. Will the AI fill that roster or do I have to do it? Also, I just noticed that the White Sox (AZL) roster is empty, too. This league doesn't start until around June 20th. Just wondering if the rosters will be filled by then or if I have to do it myself. Thanks.

Once you get done with the June 6th draft, they'll most likely staff then when they've 30+ new players on the books. That's assuming your initial draft is that big

The AZL is by majority players just drafted, usually out of high school. You get some rehabbing players in there too. But go look at any AZL affiliate's roster right now, they're probably just a dozen or so guys. Teams don't announce the rosters for a lot of the short-season affiliates until after the draft. So right now it's just players who didn't make a full season roster since they're too young, or rehabbing.

So the AI will put all it's draftees there.

When I follow the instructions and unzip the file on my Mac, it creates default.wtp 2, rather than overwriting the original file. Does that solve the problem or do I need to delete the fold file and rename it?

Just checking... is the roster set in the latest patch released (16.4.17) have the entirety of haveband's updates to the minors? As I recall, the roster set at the start of this thread only had Arizona through the Dodgers complete with updated ratings/rosters.
