Just imported my 87 year old league and immediately get this message from the owner:

Personal Message from Owner Brendan Lambright Jr.: New Goals: Home,

Thank you for your years of service with the Chicago White Sox. Here's to another 87 years!
I will submit some new goals each year that I would like to see you accomplish. As well as winning on the field and turning a profit, completing these goals is the best way to keep me happy:

Reach the Playoffs
Upgrade at Center Field
Improve your team Runs Scored
Sign Brian Maynard to an extension
Acquire a Glove Wizard Award winner
Build a team that can bring a championship home in the next 5 seasons

I will check in with you again next season. Good Luck!

Got my goals for the Cubs:

Don't suck completely this season. (I can't believe that's in the game.)
Upgrade at Center Field this season.
Reach the World Series in the next 5 seasons.

Game looks great! Can't import my league because it says it can't import leagues from OOTP13

Leagues must be imported through each version. So your 13 league must be imported into 14, then 15, then 16.

Download the 14 demo and import your league to it. Then download the 15 demo and do the same. You will then be able to transfer your game from 15 to 16.

Downloading now =D ! 932MB is pretty big, but I know it'll be worth it. I will ask though, has the patching issue been fixed, so that we wont have to download a 930+MB file for every patch?

A bug I reported last year about being able to offer extensions to players when I am already over the salary cap has been fixed. Since I have no self control and am currently 30 million dollars over the hard cap, I am not sure whether I should be happy about this bug fix or not. Nah, who am I kidding, I love the challenge! Thanks for taking care of this.

Just a heads up Markus, but you locked the thread asking for roster set feedback.

I think in the past couple of versions Facegens were easily downloaded from Addon central. I'm not seeing them there this year, or any alternate servers that might have them. Can someone refresh my memory as to what server I need to download to get the Facegens up and running?

Edit: To clarify, I mean Facegens of real players.

Yeah, I was floored by how big the installer was. I'm hazarding a guess that the 3D Stadiums and/or all the licensed graphics are what's ballooning the installer,

But, yeah, I hope patches aren't this big.

Still, worth every precious bit of bandwidth!

I believe Markus did say somewhere that it was indeed related to the 3D parks.

Luckily I have unlimited bandwidth. Unfortunately I have a slow as hell connection (supposedly 2 Mbps, actual download speed somewhere around 0.3 - 0.6).

Cool feature alert:

When in the trade screen the evaluating the teams positions has been redone with the baseball color code. Very cool and VERY eye pleasing location.

Small features like this are what I live for.
