If you want this fixed I need a list of the players that have duplicated stat lines. Trust me when I say it's more trouble than it's worth for Rod or I to find them ourselves. Send me the list, and we'll get it fixed. |

I'll compile a list of every player I come across with duplicate stats in the next few days.

Post issues about the major league roster set here please!
Got a weird one. Draft pool comes up, get the article for top prospects, and it says all players are in high school, including Rodon.
Edit: Actually, one player is listed from college, a 21 year-old pitcher from Japan

We are aware of and have been working on the draft issues. There was an error in the import.

HS Draft Eligibles with stats:

I know that you don't typically adjust ratings but it seems strange that the game rates David Ross as a 4 1/2 star player. He has been a career backup who is 37 years old and the AI will be starting him over the guy (AJ Pierzynski) that the RedSox signed to be the starting catcher.

Houston Astros
Several issues - George Springer was not on the 40 man roster. Neither Jon Singleton, nor George Springer started on the 25 man roster - should be Robbie Grossman and Matt Albers instead.
No Pitching Coach - should be Brent Stromm Attendance figures missing for 2008 and 2009 |

Also Injured List not always up to date because theirs no way to say retroactive to this date and also when put somebody on DL besides like 15,60 other Numbers so like if on Monday like Middkebrooks has like 18 days we have go in edit him to do that and another I have a League that has people on MLB rosters that need to go on DL but have to do it manually. Also where's 7 day DL?
Now about like Springer even if you put him on the Astros MLB roster and if you don't control the Teams moves the Computer might just send him back down because might not think he's ready.

Stromm is in there, not sure why he's not showing up. May need to post this in the bug report thread. Attendance figures, we'll report it to Markus and get it sorted. |

Yes he did and then they released him on 3/26/14... signed to a min. league contract with the A's during Spring training. Oakland Athletics | Cot's Baseball Contracts Kind of unlikely that Beane would sign 'Country' Joe Blanton on a $7m contract to sit in AAA!?!! Last edited by Rebington; 04-20-2014 at 12:47 PM. |

I noticed in the default 2014 Rosters Set that the posting system is disabled in the Financial Rules section for every league. Was this an oversight or is this the best setting to allow the different leagues to interact? With Posting Disabled then there would be no Tanaka like signings, he would just eventually show up in FA and could be signed like any other player.
Disregard, I just noticed Markus covered this in another post. But a new question is do any other leagues use posting in real life besides the Japan League? Last edited by Cowboys3356; 04-20-2014 at 01:04 PM. |
