Auction House affected by the server outage?

Anyone notice anything unusual? Maybe you got on and noticed a sale about to end and jumped on a minimum bid? Or had an auction running that would have been a bid war but ended with a low bid because it lost 3-4 hours of auction time?

I'm curious how this is affecting the economy of the AH as a whole. Will prices drop? Go up because so many people couldn't log on long enough to amass more PP than normal?

what are you guys' thoughts on this, economically speaking?

Well, the AH is still functioning when the sim servers or file servers have a problem. The only thing is that obviously then some people may have trouble getting into the game and bid on cards in the AH.

Would seem to me that a server outage should bring an out an “AH time out” until all of the leagues are back up and running equally. This would maintain a level playing field across all leagues/teams and ensure that a number of cards in the AH do not get sold for below market prices (or quick sold).
