Can I manage my PT across multiple computers?

I don't know where the PT database is stored. Would it be possible for me manage my PT on two different computers?

I would like to be able to check my team at work on my work computer and again in the evening on my home computer.

Yea, I manage my PT teams from both a desktop and a laptop.

Do you use the standalone version from OOTP or via Stream/other portal to manage across multiple PCs?

Asking because I think I'll need to start OOTP 20 on my laptop while I refresh my desktop, but will want to move it at one point in the future.

I have tested it with all three versions (steam, e-sell, origin) and accessed PT from any of the versions to check on our teams.
I had installations on PC, notebook or our PC in the hallway.

Ideally, you would want to stay with one type of installation (ex. Use Steam to install OOTP on all the computers that you intend to use. I could think of a scenario where one version is updated while the other is running a lower version so it may be better to stick to one type of install. However, I have used other versions with no problems).
