inaugural draft age cap

I'd love for you to add an age limit parameter to inaugural drafts (especially for fictional leagues) to avoid having a 30-year old superstar put up 3-4 years of monster stats in the beginning of a new league's history and then drop off the table completely.

If it's the start of a new save file, it's possible to do this with player generation age limits.

Just make sure to revert these once the draft pool is created!
