Add playable league on saved game

Hi,
When i started a new game few month ago, i did not select leagues in which I never wanted to play.
But today, i'm in 2029 - and i wonder if having chosen only one league could distort player and leagues statistics.
Im in the Saxoprint Ligue Magnus, in France, and often the players I bring are from the same countries like, Sweden, Canadians... - I never see Germans etc, in the free agency.
Is it because of the end of contracts that are not the same according to the leagues?
Having only the French league, I'm worried to see that his international team increases each year in the world ranking, is this normal - or, is it because the data is distorted?
Also, is the recruitment of players a priority in the league I have selected? I have often seen players who deserve to play in NHL, come, in their young age play in Saxoprint Ligue Magnus, again what is the cause?

My questions are: does choosing a single league change things, and how?
And if so, how could I add a league, manipulating the data? Is it possible ?

Thanks for your answers.
And sorry for my very bad english.

Adding leagues to saved games isn't possible.
Career paths need some improvement, that's for sure, especially in Europe.
Just out of curiosity, what are the NHL-bound players who are playing in France in your save?

Generally, having all leagues playable will make overall player career paths more realistic; when a league isn't playable things like transactions are handled in a simplified way. It shouldn't make a huge difference in player development, though - players on non-playable teams will develop at similar rates. A national team in a playable country might get a slight advantage over time, since a human user in the national league can make an effort to bring in foreign players who have a good chance of eventually changing nationalities, and may do a better job of developing local players than the AI does. But the overall level of local-born talent for the national team won't be any different than it would be if the league wasn't playable.

Thank you for your reply and forgive me for my late response. Indeed Hockey-player in France does not evolve, and they will always remain bad, except for a few. (It would be nice if we could act on it elsewhere, through youth training centers.)

And for your curiosity. I had in my team in France, in "Brûleurs de Loups" de Grenoble - twenty players who played in NHL, over 30 years. So four or five were essential to the teams. Patrik Vojacek was the best. But I only managed to keep it for one year.

And so, thanks for your answer. I think young people come to my team, just to train.
