Any change to increase SPHL Protected List in the future?

Hello everyone.

I was wondering if there will be any chance to increase SPHL protected list to 25 -at least- in the future updates.

It feels a little small having only 5 players or 4 skaters to backup.

Actually, having that many extra players is more than most minor league teams carry. If they have injury problems or players get called up, they generally don't have four or five guys sitting around to take their place - they have to sign somebody new. That usually means taking them from a lower-level minor league, but the SPHL is already near the bottom of the ladder. But there are a bunch of generic "teams" they can sign players directly from - anything in the "Senior", and "Semi-Professional Leagues" leagues, for example, as well as a few assorted other, mainly amateur, leagues - the ACAC and very low-level European leagues. If you suddenly need a player, you may find better ones there than in the free agent pool, which can be fairly empty in mid-season.

Yes, I noticed that the FA pool gets totally empty near the end of the trade deadline. I didn't have any problems yet but had 4 injured players and I was like: "Oh my god one more injury and I'm done"

I think that is not going to happen, if so I believe I can buyout one of the injured players and get another one?
