Help from league commissioners

Hi guys. I'm trying to do a league with people I know in real life, so I'm not making them have the game. I'm just gonna do everything in commissioner mode and then generate the league reports webpage for them to use. I used to commish an online league, but haven't done it in so long I don't remember the actual process. How do I generate the league reports site without doing an actual online league? Thanks in advance.

This is the location of where the league reports will be typically stored on your computer once you have setup the Commissioner ONLINE LEAGUE SETTINGS

\Documents\Out of the Park Developments\OOTP Baseball 16\saved_games\YOURLEAGUENAME.lg\news\html\reports
