I started with OOTP 7 and have have enjoyed each version. It's a great game and I'm looking forward to the new updated game.

I was going to wait this season because 15 was so good but I couldnt hold off anymore and bought it yesterday

Should have just done it when it was cheaper lol. oh well, it's one of the only games I know I get my money worth!

The lure of playing the game 3 days earlier than those that did not pre-order was just.....too......hard.....to.....resist......

Pre-ordered the day pre-ordering was available.

Starting to realize that I am way behind on figuring out what I am going to do for my first league.

I pre-ordered last night. It's been a long time since I played this game. I used to run a league called OBPBSL from 2002-2004 but it'll take a bit to get used to this again. Looking forward to seeing the differences and improvements since last playing.

I pre-ordered few days ago! I missed out on the sweepstakes ordeal though. How up to date are the rosters. Will we get the real minor league players or will the rookie leagues be random players. Looking forward to install this great game off baseball.

You'll get real players in every league! Real DSL/VSL players, real draft players, real Taiwanese rookie league players, real Italian League players...

The rosters couldn't be any more real or up to date, if I do say so myself!

I have been very outspoken that OOTP should be released prior to Opening Day. I dislike playing replays, so between the game coming out after Opening Day, requiring a few days to get rosters and uniforms and stadiums and logos set up right, and the inevitable big bug or two, buying a new game after Opening Day would feel more like a historical replay by the time I could actually sit down and enjoy the game. As such, I passed on the previous two -- and four of the last five -- versions despite being a fan since OOTP 3.

But now that it's being released a full two weeks before Opening Day (and it has MLB licensing to limit the amount of time that I need to spend tweaking it prior to playing), I stayed true to my word and pre-ordered this year's version.

caved... 9 straight versions purchased. Honestly thought I'd make it until May after it's patched but I want to play around tomorrow before work and see the new features.
