Players Ratings

I know this was probably discuss when 19 and 20 came out. But I stop buying game after the 19 version because I thought the ratings of players were very low compared to the best version in my opinion OOTP 18.

I don't see how pitchers such as DeGroom and other top pitchers have a movement rating of 50. I see other guy pitchers with movement ratings in the 30's (Starters). In General, stuff, velocity, movement are so low it's crazy. Top pitchers in the league are in the 60's and lower in so many categories

Hitter ratings are so much lower as well since the 18 game.

Why can't we adjust the ratings??

I agree, is there some reason for this? Also why is Babe Ruth's ratings so low as a picture in the early days when he was one of the best pictures of that era?

Why can't we adjust the ratings??
