Could not Submit after patch

After installing new version there is a glitch now that game gets stuck on uploading team graphics.
Error
Could not save team data. Please try again!
Team export
An error occurred during export.
Please try again.

Then I press again Submit and Success.

When I start OOTP21 with Trace mode then it has no issues at all, submitting team works just fine.

Same issue for me, but you can work around it by resubmitting and it has been working fine the 2nd time around. Might need to click on another tab within the interface and then resubmit if just resubmitting doesn't work for you.

EDIT: Doh! I see now where you said you did this, I'm a schmuck and didn't read your entire post.

How does one restart the game with Trace mode? I see no such option on the main entry screen, nor in any of the tabs under settings. Of course, I'm not the most computer savvy person, and, as I get older, it is increasingly easier to hide things from me in plain sight. Thanks for any help you can offer.

I get this same error. You can re-submit, and I believe that's been working, but not checking every time.

Also having this same error. As others have said, there if you wait for it to timeout you can then successfully submit, but it's a pain.

Same deal here. It appears to go through the second time but it actually doesn't.

Every game that happens resorts back to how it was originally.

Yeah, it's a pain. Submit... go do something else. Come back and re-submit.

Hope they fix this soon.

There was an issue with the portion of the server that handles graphics. So if you changed your logo in regular PT or used a tournament staging/set rosters league, you were getting this issue.

The dev team has made a few changes on the server side, it seems to be working better this morning (for me at least)

what worked for me was manually adding players to the roster who for some reason weren't being imported with the rest of the saved roster. I then saved again and everything seems okay now. seems that there was something wrong with eight players, who coincidentally, were the newest guys on the team.
