Staff wage increase

So I noticed with new patch version notes that staff wages were adjusted so issues about affordability would go away. The change log says this:

-fixed excessive staff contract demands for renewals that was causing most of them to give the message that the contract demands are too high for the team to afford

What are people seeing for typical demands for assistant coaches, trainers and scouts? I didn't have any issues with excessive demands before today, but now seeing a sudden significant increase in one of my saves - scouts asking for $150,000 instead of $30,000 for example. It's to the point where I'm not sure I can fill out of my staff positions unless I either hire a really bad head coach on the cheap so I have money for the other positions, or play around in the commissioner mode editing contracts. The former feels unrealistic and detrimental to my team, while the latter is tedious. So basically it sounds like the bug they tried to fix has started to impact my current save. Or my wage demands were low for some reason in past saves and now they're where they should be, and I'm just having trouble adjusting and budgeting...

Anyone else see a sharp increase in wage demands?

I'd like to see that save if you can upload it, that sounds similar to the problem that we thought was fixed.
