Just pulled my perfect closer!

Just pulled a 100 Pedro! If the auction house was still active I would sell, but I am planning on keeping him and making him my closer.

I only run lefty starters due to my ballpark configuration. I'll spot start him in the playoffs if I am around on Sundays.

Plus, now I have the best closer in the game.

Maybe? I think most people would agree with you based on the stam... but riveria has better movement and control against both lefties and righties with a little less stuff against lefties compared to pedro ... since you used the word "best" instead of "one of the best" I figured I would play devils advocate

Congrats though ... I have been trying and trying to get him in packs .. longshot i know .. but maybe one day ... thats the dream

Dang, I forgot about the 100 Rivera. He does have better rate stats.

I am experimenting with Pedro entering the game in the 8th and using him for 2 inning saves. So I do think the stamina makes him a little better - plus I can start him when I am away from home in the playoffs.

So far he has been an absolute beast as expected. 20.1 IP, 0.44 ERA, 0.79 WHIP, 12.4 K/9, and 1.2 WAR.
