Newbie commissioner, need some help

I have gotten through my first season as commissioner of an online league and have had no real issues so far but now that offseason is hitting I am having a big one.

I am running a team but it seems not truly 100% running it. I have been unable to set ticket prices (they always change back) and now the AI is selecting what to do with player options for me. I am unsure of how to fix this and looking for some tips. Also I do have Act as GM and commish mode checked.

The best way to go is to create a separate account for yourself and then use that one to apply for the GM job of the team. That will ensure you are controlling all aspects of the team that you see fit. Keep the commish account separate for running all your commissioner duties, and remove the "Act as" unless you need to perform transactions between teams, such as trades.

This makes me wonder if you are set as the GM of the team. You can sort of run a team as commissioner without being the GM. The AI might overrule you.

Did you accidentally sim past the option decision date?

Just thoughts off the top of my head.

I had it set as the GM of the team but the AI did overrule me on things like ticket prices.

I didn't sim past the option decision date, simmed to the day the offseason started but the AI decided it at 12:01 AM that day lol. Only for my team though all the other human managed teams are fine.

There is an option in the game settings that does not allow GMs to change ticket prices, have you checked it?
