Future Legend Development

Any one else notice that Future Legends tend to be very slow in learning new positions? Or is that my imagination?

Training Vada Pinson in RF (81 OVR, 20 years old) is also progressing extremely slowly. He just hit 200 games played at the position, but he is still 18 points shy of where the Calculator says he should likely end.

While there are many things it could be - including the possibility that it is nothing and that we are imagining trends where none exist - I am beginning to wonder what role age plays in this process.

I had Royce Lewis develop very quickly at 2B. However, Tatis Jr at 3B has taken almost 3 seasons to get him to 68.
