Minors - a possible bug

I'm playing as the Red Sox and it seems that in 1939 I have two American Association teams in my minors menu - Louisville Colonels and Minneapolis Millers. Historically just the Colonels should be there and yet despite being in my menu they show as affiliated with Pittsburgh, while the Millers show as my team - will this change over time?

might be a bug, as 1939,1940, 1941 The Millers were unaffiliated. In 1942 they were affiliated with the Chicago Cubs for one year. In '43 they were unaffiliated again. All those years the Colonels were affiliated with Bos. - at least according to Bbref.
so something isn't entered correctly somewhere it appears.

When creating your league what year did you start? Did you have leagues expand according to history checked? If not that could be the problem. Answer these questions and I can test it out as they make a big difference in how things work.
Whether things will change over time or not depends on your settings when you created your historical league.
Right now it sounds like you created your league before 1939 and did not enable Leagues expand according to history, but I'm just guessing.
All things are correct in my historical files.
BTW, I gathered all info for the historical minors from bbref. So whatever they have, we have.
